ACCOMMODATION
• A four bedroom fully self contained holiday house set amongst 7 ha of park-like grounds
• One king bed, one double bed and a twin bedroom in the house + a twin bedroom off annex
• Linen and towels supplied
• A bath and vanity with a separate toilet, + Shower room with hand basin and toilet
• Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge/freezer and electric stove
• Pantry supplied with the basics
• Free-view T.V, video and small stereo
• DVD player
• Washing Machine, Dryer and Iron
• Free standing fire with plenty of wood available
• Large deck for sunbathing and a BBQ (gas bottle included)
• Large outdoor table (9 chairs) and 2 sun lounges
• Gas heated hot tub
• Lots of space available for tents
• Extra accommodation (old shearers' quarters), which includes 6 beds and large room, is available for walkers or yoga, painting or writers retreats

FOOD
If organised prior to visit meals can be provided. This includes continental and cooked breakfast and food supplied for making your own lunches and a two course evening meal.
All dishes are prepared by the passionate cook, Rachel, and helped along by Jane using as much home grown and local produce from the region and our farms. Alcohol BYO.
